Book on-line for the best possible rate:
If you are able to book directly on-line we offer a better rate especially for multiple night bookings. You can view the unit which best suits your requirements by going to the 'accommodation' page to see what the units look like and then coming back to the 'booking page' or if you put the cursor over the room on the 'booking page', it will give a description of the unit and how many it can accommodate. Payment is required to confirm the booking however, if you prefer not to pay at the time of booking and there is availability showing, please send us an Enquiry through the website and we can enter the booking manually. We will still require credit card details to make the booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to 2pm of the day of Check-in. If a cancellation is made outside this time-frame the total amount for the booked accommodation may be charged if the unit is not re-let or if re-let at a discounted rate, the difference in rates will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

Late arrivals: Our Reception is open until 9.00pm each evening so any guests arriving after 9.00pm need to make contact to get an access code for the lock-box where their unit key will be left to collect. There is a charge of $30 for after hours access so please ensure the access code is obtained.
Airport transfers: We operate our own shuttle vehicle up until 9.00pm each day but we cater for both early departures and late arrivals. Please advise your flight details when booking if requiring a transfer.
If you are flying in and require transport to the motel BUT will not check-in by 9.00pm, we will advise by e-mail of the arrangements for your airport transfer along with the access information required for key collection. An exception to this is if you are leaving a vehicle here while you are away and are arriving outside the hours we operate own shuttle. The cost of the airport transfer is then not included but we are happy to arrange it for you. For more comprehensive information, please refer to the 'airport transfers' page.
Early departures: If you book directly with us at the standard or on-line rate and need a transfer to the airport prior to these times, we will arrange a taxi and a wake-up call for you. We will deduct $10.00 off your account in lieu of the transfer (which covers the taxi fare).
Again, an exception to this is if you are leaving a vehicle here while you are away and are leaving outside the hours we operate own shuttle. The cost of the airport transfer is then not included but we are happy to arrange it for you.
